The Pond presented by STCU, is a community ice skating rink opening to the public this winter. Thanks to lots of hard work from members of our local community. We are excited to offer open skating, stick & puck and private ice rental to Bonner County.

Public Skate
Come out with you and your friends to skate on The Pond presented by STCU.
Public Skate is available to everyone of all ages and skill levels.
This is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of our free rental skates and come try something new.
*No hockey sticks or pucks are allowed at Public Skate.
*Helmets are encouraged.
*We encourage you to purchase your tickets online in advance of your arrival. Tickets can be purchased on site, subject to availability. CARDS ONLY we do not accept cash.
Stick & Puck
Break out your sticks and come toss the puck around.
Stick & Puck is a chance to work on your skills without the speed and pressure of keeping up with a game.
*Stick & Puck is not intended as drop-in hockey
*Helmets are required

Private Groups
Want to reserve the ice for just you and your friends? Play hockey, tag, or just have lots of room to skate around.
Your party of up to 120 skaters will have the ice to yourselves. This is the perfect way to bring out school trips, church groups or company events for some fun on the ice.
Private Ice slots are available in 90 minute reservation blocks available for booking.

Rental Skates Available
Don’t have skates? No Worries!
We offer free rental skates for everyone skating.
We have over 300 pairs of rental skates for sizes, 2L-15M.
Skating Aids
If you’re still finding your balance, we have skating aids to help you stay on your feet as you learn.
Protect Your Brain
Ice is slippery and accidents can happen anywhere. Helmets are available if you want to add an extra layer on your noggin.
*Helmets are encouraged for first time skaters.
Lights
Yes, we have lights!
Thanks to Avista Utilities we are able to keep the rink open after the sun goes down.
Come out and skate under the lights this winter.
Outdoor Ice Rink
Our rink is not covered so it is exposed to the weather.
Dress for the weather and come enjoy the cold.
Outdoor conditions can effect the ice. If the rink is unusable, we reserve the right to cancel all scheduled ice times.
Private Groups
Parties are fun and we want to see all of you at The Pond this winter.
We can host parties of up to 100 skaters for private groups.
